Welcome to the Ubuntu Hope Auto Project. We believe in second chances—not just for vehicles, but for people. By rescuing accident-damaged cars and restoring them to top condition, we are providing affordable transport to our community and funding the frontline work of Ubuntu Hope and Moeggesukkel.
Whether you are looking for a reliable, budget-friendly vehicle or want to sell a damaged car for a fair price, your choice directly supports job creation, rehabilitation, and community upliftment.
High-Quality, Low-Cost Cars with a Purpose
Buying a car shouldn’t break the bank. Because our vehicles are meticulously restored in-house by our dedicated team, we can offer them to the public at prices significantly below standard market retail value.
Professionally Restored: Every vehicle is repaired by our skilled mechanics, panel beaters, and spray painters.
Fully Vetted: All cars undergo strict roadworthy testing and police clearance before they hit the market.
Drive with Pride: Every purchase directly funds charity initiatives, meaning your new car is driving real change in South Africa.

Turn Your Wreck into a Rescue
Have you been in a fender bender? Is your insurance writing off a car that still has potential, or do you have a damaged vehicle taking up space? We want it.
Fair Valuations: We offer competitive, data-backed cash offers for Code 2 and Code 3 accident-damaged vehicles.
Hassle-Free Process: We handle the paperwork and the towing.
A Better Legacy for Your Car: Instead of going to a scrapyard, your damaged car becomes a training tool and a source of income for those who need it most.

This project is a proud partnership between Ubuntu Hope and Moeggesukkel.
When we acquire a damaged vehicle, the repair work is done in-house at Moeggesukkel. This facility provides a safe, productive environment and hands-on work for homeless and vulnerable individuals. Under the guidance of experienced tradesmen, our team handles the panel beating, spray painting, and mechanical repairs.
Where does the money go? Because we keep our labor costs incredibly low through this skills-development model, the profit margins from every car sold are funneled directly back into:
Moeggesukkel: Sustaining the workshops, housing, and rehabilitation programs for vulnerable individuals in Centurion.
Ubuntu Hope: Funding our online platform that connects volunteers and vital resources with frontline charities across the country.
